He has built and led high-performing teams and developed practical frameworks that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term customer value. His experience spans multiple international markets, including Egypt, KSA, the UK, and Asia, where he has supported market entry, growth strategies, and cross-functional collaboration through data-driven decision making.

Barbara Greco is an international investment professional and Head of Investments and Off-Plan at Beyond Living Real Estate. Italian by origin, she brings a European perspective, analytical discipline, and global business experience to Dubai's investment landscape.
With more than 15 years of experience across London, Europe, and the Middle East, Barbara has advised high-net-worth individuals and family offices on capital allocation, cross-border diversification, and long-term wealth planning.
Her background spans real estate, operations, finance, and asset acquisition. She is also the co-founder of a boutique fine art firm in London that worked closely with collectors, auction houses, and investment funds.
In Dubai, Barbara focuses on identifying high-performing off-plan developments, securing early access to premium inventory, and structuring data-driven investment strategies for international clients.
